help to choose Potencies of medicines

hi , i have question regarding the alternative of Potencies if particular potency is not available for making combination .

the below dilutions will be suggested for making combination
1.Argent mettalicum 3X
2. Rhus toxicodendron 3X
3. Colchicinum 3X
4. Nyctanthes arbortristis 3X
5. Symphytum officinale 3X
6. Ruta graveolens (Ruta) 3X
7. hecla lava 3X

but the from above 3 medicines not available in dilution .

i have question is the any other way to make the combination of above medicines in 6ch potency dilution or any other potency power .
