Stomach problem

hello doctors, ik problem hai mera ladka 20 yrs. ka hai uska prob. yeh hai ki usse hamesa 3-4 din per jab woh khana kha raha hota hai, aur khana thoda rah jata hai aur usse khane ki kosis karta hai phir usse vomiting ho jati hai. usske saath yeh regular hota rahata hai uska weight bhi nahi badh raha hai. usse bhook bhi nahi lagti hai. respected doctors kindly suggest me any medicine.

When he vomit in lunch or on dinner.
Is he eat at the same time every day or not.
What is his desire or aversion.
Use bhook hi nahi lagti kya.
Tell me also how he look.

he vomit after dinner.

he is looking thin and his weight is 43 kg.

Take ferrum met 30, 1/2 hour before dinner.
Take for 3 days, then report me
