urea and critinian problem

My age almost 55 years old I am blood pressure patient from Last 15 years my gender is female. I fall in kidnessie's problem from Last two years. I am facing urea and critinian. My uric acid level is also high. I feel too much weakness back pain and nerves weakness too. Please suggest me best remedy for above symptoms.

day 1 to day 3

Lycopodium 200 twice a day.

One dose means 2 pills or drops.

day 4 to day 15

10 drops of Urtica Urens Q (mother tincture) twice a day.
