Remedy

Hello Sir, I am a 40 year mail requesting you to suggest remedy according to the symptom
1) During season change (February to march and September to October) I feel pain in the centre of my forehead and in the eyeballs, with feverish condition, burning sensation in my hands more specifically my hands are heated up through the year, and becomes severely heated on exposure to rain or water.
2) When I come out after having bath then always I feel feverish no mater whether I am in the car or on foot.
3) whenever this happens (mentioned above) constipation occurs.
4) there is foul taste in my mouth throughout the year and bleeding gums.
5) Slow and sluggish digestion is common.
6)Heavy eyes with burning sensation, dark circles though I sleep 7 to 8 hours, irritation persists in the both nostrils with very fine hard scale of mucus.
Currently I am taking silicea6x and berberis aqulifolium to treat my melasma.
Kindly suggest medicines and management to treat. Thank you very much.

Please take Agaricus muscarius 30c, twice daily for 10 days.

Also you can continue with other remedies if they are helping.

Hi, for bleeding gums, you need to go to the dentist and have deep cleaning done, where they remove the plaque build up under the gum. This
Is something that has to be actually taken out so then gums can work
Properly.
