PLEASE HELP Whole Body inflammation with huge abdomen

Hi I am 57 years old female and I have whole body inflammation, very large stomach with inflammation. I have been diagnosed with hashimotos with hypothyroidism, IBS (irritable bowel disease), ovarian cysts (both on left and right ovaries) and herpes! my main symptoms are inflammation, Large abdomen and different foods and inhaling allergies! I have allergy to fried foods, oily foods, hot foods, alcohol, seeds and nuts etc.....I get more inflamed with coughs! I have had these problems for more than 15 years, please help if you can, thank you so much

what meds /treatments /herbs /supplemetnst/skin topicals in any form etc u CURRENTLY using and reasons?

I am taking armour thyroid which is a thyroid medicine only and take herbal laxative and cleansing, vitamins and enzymes, thank you

my main complain is inflammation, also large abdomen and food allergies which are caused by inflammation I have been told!at the natural pharmacy I have been told kali Mur might help inflammation and allergies! but I don't know how and what potency I should take. thanks
