Chronic dog middle ear infection

Hi, I have a dog who has a severe ear infection. So bad that she has created hematomas on her ears. The doctors want to operate, but I want to try and help her to heal. What remedy do you suggest would help with this?

Please give her the following remedies twice a day for 15 days and report back...
Thuja 30
Silicea 30
Belladonna 30

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of all remedies dissolved in some water.
