From Last 20 days I am in Problem
Hello,I need some expert one advise on the same. Please have a look
I am 28 years old and in great trouble from last 20 days. It all get started when one day i had come up with constipation and pain during stool passing and pain in anal. After consulting to surgeon i came to know that i have external rupture hematoma that is external hemorrhoids. So after taking medicine it went well for 2 weeks. But last 2 days back i again came up with same problem but this time symptom is totally different from past.
Now Itching , burning sentation, pain while passing stool and little bit blood with stool.
and whole day there is pain that makes me uncomfortable.
Doctor after inspecting:No external hemmorhoids, Anal mucosal Polpys + fissure in ano??
Currently there is itching and burning sensation with that area and little bit blood coming while passing stool. Also pain is happening whole day.
Please suggest or respond some expert advice i will be grateful for him or her.

From: Gurgaon shifted to Mysore past 1 month
Profession:Software Engineer
Married:No
Daily routine: wake up 8 am do some domestic work and cook food went to office then come back from office at 8:30 or 9 pm cook food having dinner then walk 10 to 15 min watch tv and then go to bed==
I am suffering from last 20 days from this which i already mentioned above. It never happened before and I dont have any problem regarding the mentioned disease.
Everything is normal to me. I dont like too much sweet and salt everything is balanced way. I dont feel too much thirsty as well before this disease or after the same.
Everything is balanced before this disease and after even this disease.
Previously when it happened then symptom was totally different from current that time
When first time it happened on 23rd following symptom it was there.
Pain was happening
Swelling was there
Pain while passing stool
no blood, itching and burning sensation.

Doctor Advised:
sitcom D ointment
Medicine:emanzem, and lexflon antibiotics
->one syrup Syp.Lactihep for softening stool
It went well and everyhting went well for 2 week. After that when course of medicine completed after 2 days
Again i come with same type problem but in differnt way. Now currently i come up with following symptom
Current Situation
Changing Symptom that currently i am having is
Pain while
little bit Blood coming with
Itching
burning sensation
Doctor Observation:
No external hemotoma now and no sweeling
Mucosal polpys
Doctor Advise this time:
one syrup Syp.Lactihep for softening stool
Anabliss ointment
Change in the ointment now and give it to me
and told me to carry liquid for softening stool.
No medicine this time like pain killer and antibiotics.
Apart from the current disease i dont have any type of problem and any type of dominancy.
Everything is balanced no problem at all.
Please provide some expert advise on the same. I dont have any problem apart from this everything this is balanced.

You can try Kali.sulph 200c .. 4 drops once a day for three days only in a separate disposable glass with some water in it.
Don't use coffee or mint or spicy, salty junk food etc. No outside foods etc .. not contaminated water, no old aluminium pots, no microwave oven .. drink more clean water. After every 30 minutes get up from your seat, have a round about 5 minutes and get back to the work. Don't use seat flush (cmmod) ..
Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine etc. Don't use coffee or mint etc don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.
Notice changes and improvements carefully and update after four to five days.

Here one homeopathy dr. suggested me to take
Natrum mun200c
Calcuria flourica.
Can i continue these with Kali.sulp 200c what you suggested. Or i continue only kali sulph or what evere homepathy dr suggested me.
I need your advise please suggest me. Is it ok if i take all three will it work. Please suggest

You can try calc.fluor 200c .. 4 drops in the evening .. and Kali.sulph 200c .. in the morning. After two to three days if you feel no chance or improvements .. you can stop both of these two remedies and take Nat.mur alone. And let's see how it works.

Thanks a lot for your valuable advise.it get work and now in comparison to previous symptom i am feeling now 40 to 50 percent ok...but still i am taking precautions in order to eradicate from root. One think i wanted to know how many days more i need to take medicine and all these precautions even precaution in foods..... Just i need your advise waiting for your reply

Precautions:
Untill you don't get cured 90-95 % .. Follow all precautions.
Medicine:
You can skip one day. Take medicine every second day. For more three to four days only. Let's see how it affects.

Hello Everyone,
After getting cured up to 100 percent . Again it seems the same problem start happening . Though I was taking all the precaution which I used to take when i was suffering from the same. This time again it come back but with little way I mean not fully as I used to suffer in Past. For more detail please refer my previous comment.
This time from monday [16-04-2018] it start happening again . This time it start with pain during passing stool and very little blood and nothing else no swelling, no itching and burning sensation.
Please refer my previous post in the same as I put up my whole things. This time also everything is normal to me.
