Infection
My son recently had facial sepsis due to an infection of the sinuses. The urgent care doctor made us wait for antibiotics and the sepsis hit. The infection made swelling of sinus area so fluid could no longer move. The mucous also went to the chest as I now hear more phlegm coughing.What remedy can I use for my little guy. He is about 56 pounds. He seems to be dehydrating due to the infection.

Merc Sol 200
Belladonna 200
One dose means 2 pills or drops each of all three remedies at a time.
