Sexual Problem

Dear sir,

Hope you are doing great
my name is saurabh and i am 29 year old wait 62 to 63 kg.
i am troubling from sexual problem.
main problem are explained given blow

1. nightfall

nightfall with wet dream or erotic dream it's happen frequently like once everyday or 5 time in week with great weakness on face

2. loss semen (involuntary) with urine
i am facing this problem from last two month.

3.when i talk to my girlfriend even i talk only for a minutes then sticky substance come out (substance like saliva).

4. it's about premature ejaculation.

i stoped mustrubation 2-3 year back.

Not using any medicine and no other desease from last 2 year

please help me or suggest me a very very good medicine for these issues, i am going to be finish slowly slowly.

Try Medorrhinum 1m .. only 4 drops once in a life. In a separate disposable glass with some water in it. No more no repeat.

Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine. Don't use coffee or mint etc don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.

Dr. Say 4 drops once in a life.
It means 4 drops once in a day?
Means i need to use 4 drops once every day
Am i right?.

Because life and day are different.
