Anemia, vertigo when lie, palpitation, cold feet

I m 34 years. I have a surgerian baby of 7 years. I m from Patiala. I have problems in my body since childhood. Tonsils polyps . Polyps I operated once in 2002. I fall I'll every 2 months due to cold or cough. typhoid in an Year .
1. When I rest my head I had vertigo.
2. I have lost hearing power of left ear since 1 Year.
3. I feel pain when I touch lower chest towards left and a bit lower in stomach. As per ayruvedic Dr it's acidity. I do have bitter taste in morning. My blood esr is 29 on 4/9/2017. As per a homeopathy Dr my liver is very damaged he felt when he touched but liver reports are OK. I feel as I can't breathe to the depth from chest centre.
4. My constipation is better after homeopathy medicine. I m sending slip of that. As my hb is 9.8. My urine is of no color mostly.
5. Insomnia sometimes, restless leg syndrome sometimes. Aenaxity . I mostly carve in the evening mostly for sweet.
My sgot and sgpt are normal 21ui and 19 ui respectively.
I have dark circles. Hollow eyes. Hair loss. Short memory. Very short tempered. I even slap . I can't control and if I control then I can't forget for a no of days may b 4 5 or more depends. I feel bad when I loss my temper in front of my dear ones and hurt them .I have date exactly after 28 days without any pain except a little in back and legs. But I bleed only 2 days then only stain. not much bleeding either. I had clear. I feel pain when I press thighs arms. Muscular pain. I had Carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands two years back then had physiotherapy sessions. I had pain in right feet just near centre moving towards ankle at the end. This aggravates only in winters specially after rest. But these days pain in feet is gone not in winters. My tlc dlc are normal. Cholesterol 229. I like meaningful heart touching songs but sometimes fast too. I like old songs too but not gajals.a bit classical. Flute sound I like the most. I m over confident sometimes. I do things all people want to follow me . I m confused sometimes. For others I m perfect they just want to b bold as I m. I take tension a lot. I m basically a programmer . Was very hard working but a housewife since 2 years don't want to work. don't want to handle society. Depression may b. Like spending time alone. Silence spending time with myself and nature give me pleasure. Don't like daily shows mostly . Love shows as big boss khatron ke khiladhi etc . Like watching movies. Find it hard to spend money. I like sun bath . I feel cold very quickly but I can bear more hot too. When I eat sweet I want salty and vice-versa but I think I love sweets more. I take 1 water a day. I take water a liter at a time. My appetite is good but I can't control hunger. I sleep 7 8 hours daily. My dreams r mostly logic less. I get scared easily. I feel nobody is there for me I feel getting into someone's arms and hide myself but know it very well all men need body so try to b practical and selfish. I have taken a lots of medicine. I m 4'10" 53 kg . Not fat nor thin skin is very loss. I try very hard to maintain my weight for few days then again eat a lot then again work hard. I put on weight easily. My thyroid is normal. My My stomach is big. My parents separated never had normal life . Hubby is mentally retarded. No brother sister. My major concern today is anemia and vertigo and if possible of lower arms pain especially at night. Plz suggest any medicine. If u can share ur no plz send on my email ID.
