Liver Cirrhosis

I have been diagnosed with moderate liver cirrhosis, i am 44, robust, fit and fine, do exercises daily, but i feel letharginess, weakness, sometimes looks like i am about to fall, never fell though, i have been talking allopathic medicines as the doctor has advised. Is there any medicine to come over these issues? Means starting feeling fine?
In october 2016, i suffered for 3 days with moderate ascites, cured with medicine and no issue like this has followed thereafter.
Please suggest me any homeopathic medicine, i would be heartedly delightful and thankful!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nat.sulph 200c .. 4 drops once a day only .. for two to three days only. No more no repeat etc.

In a separate disposable glass with some water in it, early morning before breakfast. Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine. Don't use coffee or mint etc. Don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.

Update after 3-4 days. Notice changes and improvements carefully. If I'm not replying click my name below and email me as a reminder.
