Erectile dysfunction - about to get married, help needed
Hi Dr, please helpI have lost the ability to get an erection. This has been happening for the last 3 years. I have been masturbating for the last 12 years, with and without porn. I am 27 now. it started with weaker erections and now have none.
Could you please help me and prescribe me medicine. I am about to get married in 2 months and I feel this will ruin my marriage and bring unnecessary problems in my married life.
I dont get morning woods any more. I am able to get an erection only while i am sleeping, once i am awake i dont get any erection, even weaker ones. I can have an orgasm in a semi erect (almost flaccid) state. I believe porn or excessive masturbation has ruined me. I have stopped masturbating now.
I got my T-level, FSH, LH, and CBC checked and everything was normal.
I want to get back to my teenage days where even the thought of sex could give me an erection, and a kiss would give me an erection to complete the deed
Complete list of symptoms:
- no erection
- early ejaculation while masturbating
- premature ejaculation while having sex
- penis looks really small
- feel i dont remember things like i used to
- little bend on penis
- semen low in quantity
- gas and bloating
- feel a little low
- loss of stamina and flexibility as i have been a couch potato for 2 years now due to my work. started gym a few weeks back.
- takes 10seconds to start urination, also when in public it takes almost a minute to start (dont know why)

,take natrum mur 1m 3pills tomorrow night
take lycopodium 1m 3pills at night of 1/1/2018
In between take nux vomica 200c 3pills every nights
and acid phos Q and tribulus Q 10drops in half glass water thrice daily ,take them seperately
report feed back after 10days

I have ordered the medicines. However they will arrive in 4-5 days. I have to urgently go to Europe for 2-3 weeks. Once I am back I will start the treatment. However I wanted to know how long would it take to permanently cure this problem and if I could contact you once I complete this treatment given above.
Furthermore, I was unable to find tribulusQ medicine online.

IT TAKES FEW MONTHS TO COMPLETEY CURE IT,BUT YOU CAN SEE IMPROVEMENT IN ONE MONTH ..YOU SHOULD REGULARLY GIVE FEED BACK EVERY 10-15DAYS..MEAN WHILE I MAY CHANGE THE MEDICINE OR INCREASE THE STRENGTH..I WILL GUIDE YOU...

Do regular exercise, drinking plenty of water, following the healthy food diets and stay away from the unwanted bad habits. It will helps to overcome the erectile dysfunction problem.

I complete 10 days today. You asked me to send you a follow up. There is not much improvement. One good thing, I can feel my penis is a little hard in the morning now, though not fully erect when I wake up. Maybe it is while sleeping and I lose it when I am awake.
Its been 21 days since I last masturbated. I did notice that after day 3 (after taking Lyco) I felt really good and got an erection 4-5 times on day 4 without even thinking about sex.
Please let me know if I should continue the course or make any changes.
