Sex Drive
I am 43 year old male . Quite healthy and who eats well and exercise routinely..From past some time i feeling low interest in Sex and having performance anxiety that i will get loose during the action time " which eventually happens as i am thinking about ". Wife is very supportive and i had good sex life so far and have kids .. so all well till now but from past some time i am having this issue so was wondering is it becuase of age or something else like my mind having anxiety...I eat nuts , dairy , no smoking , very light drinker , exercise all most daily for 30-40 minutes.Life style is hectic between work and taking care of house hold work etc . I donot have any hair loss type of condition as well.
Based on my information can you please tell what will be better medicine if i want to increase my testosterone using any of these medicine.

I have none of the symptoms you have mentioned. I am 43 year old , married for 15 year and have 3 kids. Life is normal and had a decent sex life so far .
I like spicy food and all sort of food speically indian , mexican, italian. My bodh weight is around 165 Pounds and height is 5 ft 8 inchs
I have not used any medicine in past and hardly take any medicine .
No dibetic or blood pressure issue . I have no phsycial issue and my normal annual exams are quite good.
Overall i am very good healthy condition but feeling less sex drive recently and adding up anxiety of failure during intercourse making things works.
