Child no appetite- which remedy?

My 5 yr old girl usually loves to eat, but a few days ago complained of tummy ache., and she got a cold (runny nose and sneezing).
The cold has finished but she has no desire to eat now.
-Says that she doesn’t feel hungry.
-Not thirsty either
-she will eat vegetables and fruits but only very little then says she’s not hungry.

She is very active, and happy. Has a temper though when she doesn’t get what she wants, and cries easily- very sensitive.

Her bowels are less, but then again not eating much

Very skinny girl

Is there any remedy to help her appetite?

She is also becoming very picky with foods
