pneumonia in 1year old

Hi my 1 year old is very chesty and always has been on and off since she was born. We were all fighting coughs, colds symptoms with bug-like stomach symptoms. She had a very wrattley sounding chest, fast breathing and mild temperature in her head.
Due to her breathlessness and general tiredness I brought her to A&E, where she was diagnosed with Pneumonia and given Antibiotics. She has almost finished the Antibiotics and breathing is stable with no temp. Still wrattly chest and not keen on giving anymore antibiotics. Any advice on what to give, brand and amount. I am very new at this, thanks vee

pneumonia in 1year old

Name: Amiaya Overington, Age 14 months old
She always seems to get coughs very often, rather gravelly deep sounding coughs.
Seems to be when she is teething, but happens every month or two she has another cough.
She is very attached to my breast milk over all foods, this could be her teething.
Her body is normally on the cold side, especially hand and feet.
Cradle cap, very little hair and lazy to walk.
She has just finished a round of 7 day antibiotics for Pneumonia and has had oral vit K when she was born. No other medication has been given. Fish oil and vit D also.
Thank you
Vee

I need to know about her thirst as well. Do you see her lips dry ? Or do you see or feel she drinks water and likes it too ?

If I'm not replying click my name and email me.

Her lips are not usually dry, they did however, become dry whilst on the antibiotics last week. She does like to drink water, but is definitely more keen to have breast milk

With regards to food, she tends to go for the more dry cracker type food..does not like food to be wet to the touch.
I do eat a lot of sweet which may be coming the breast milk, maybe that's why she's loving the milk so much.
Also she is quite big.

Thank you i will get those and give her and sewm how she does. Would it be a good idea to give her thing every time she gets a deep cough. Also I was wondering if it was normal at her age to have a white spot on her teeth and translucent tips
