3 yr. old masterbates & bites, picky eater, jealous of baby sister

Hello,

Looking for help for my 3 year old son. He has been masterbating almost daily for over a year now, mainly at naptime. I didn't address it because I thought maybe he would out grow it, but it is becoming more & more of a habit (he's now doing it multiple times daily). He has exhibited a lot of jealous, aggressive behavior toward his little sister who was born last year. Also, he's got a propensity toward biting & a he's a very picky eater. He wasn't always a picky eater, the pickiness developed after his second birthday. Shortly after his second birthday he accidentally aspirated some pieces of a nut into his right lung and had to have two back-to-back broncoscopies in order to remove the all the pieces. So, he ended up going under general anesthesia twice & afterward received his first and only course of antibiotics. I don't know for sure if this is connected, but thought I should mention it just in case. He has developed purplish smudges under his eyes, but I'm not aware of any allergies. He always wants to be in charge/control & struggles when things don't go his way or when we have to change plans. He's easily frustrated. He can be obstinate & defiant towards his parents & thus is very challenging to discipline - strong-willed. It seems as if he is becoming an increasingly unhappy little boy. Please help.

Thank you!
