Remedy to avoid episiotomy?

With my first pregnant I had a 3rd degree episiotomy.

I would like to avoid having an episiotomy this time, is there a homeopathic remedy that can help?

I know I should take arnica 30 every 2 hours before delivering and after, for pain, anything else?

Help?

Thanks

Help?

It's a punctured wound. So first line of medicine would be to try Ledum and Hypericum.

If this helps partially or does not help, staphysagria in 30c can be used as this is an instrument wound. This is second line.

If you follow the instructions i gave in the other thread, this may not be needed and delivery might be smooth.

Thanks, I know but those threads don't give me the remedies to avoid an episiotomy, those were for other issues .... I am confused.

I think he meant a post he wrote for someone else's question.

Yes Bluesky77

The other links i gave were for other users. But the links are relevant as far as avoiding episiotomy is concerned. Even otherwise homeopaths always check out similar cases from masters because more often than not similar cases require similar medicines.

This puncture(episiotomy) is only made when the delivery of baby is getting delayed if baby's head is get stuck or there is not enough space for the baby's whole frame to move out.

I have mentioned about using Tissue salts, K.phos+M.phos and a medicine called Caulophyllum 30c to be used in the last month of pregnancy. This will go a long way in preparing the muscles involved in labour and delivery. Also in other cases Pulsatilla would have been used for smooth delivery.

So if you have the medicines ready and take them according to indications, more than likely you will have smooth delivery and episiotomy may not even be required at all.
