having constant dizzinessHi,
I am a 37 year old male. I am having constant dizziness throughout the day for last 16 months. It is a forward plus right pull. Dizziness started after a food poisoning in May 2016. After that, in Aug 2016, I got blockage of right ear and tinnitus in right ear. Since then my sleep was very bad. In April 2017, sleep became near normal and tinnitus exists, but is not a major disturbance. Dizziness reduced (never went away), but since last week it has increased though less than what it was even 2 months back. When I walk on a road which has a rightward slope, I can feel some discomfort like being pulled to the right. I have not driven since getting the dizziness and it is almost 18 months that I am not able to drive.

ramaswamy01 7 months agoDizziness seems to have reduced by around 50%. When riding cycle it is quite comfortable, but motorcycle is still a challenge
ramaswamy01 6 months agoThanks. Dizziness is quite less now. Little bit( maybe 10% ) remaining. Motorcycle usage is quite comfortable now
ramaswamy01 2 months agoHi, since the start of summer, my sleep has reduced to around 4-4.5 hrs per day. My urination has also reduced. Earlier my sleep was 6 hrs, but for last 20 days, it is around 4-4.5 hrs. I am 38 years old male in reasonably good health. Any remedies I can try to get my sleep back to 6 hrs? My normal sleep pattern earlier was around 4 hrs, then a break in sleep for urination followed by another 2 hrs. Now after the break for urination, my sleep is not coming back.
