Which potency of Aurum Met I should take, and how often.I suffer from feelings of emptiness, worthlessness, procrastination, perfectionism, and gloominess. I feel that I will never achieve the standards I want to achieve, and that I’m no good. Just recently, say 3 months, I have started to think about death a lot, and I often fantasize jumping from height into sea, very few times I think about shooting myself in the head. I have not reached a point where I will kill myself, and these thoughts remain a thought, but I felt that it is important to mention these feelings. I also have gastric issues, and acidity. Occasionally, I experience irritating bowel syndrome, and after passing stool I feel great pain in the anus. The pain can be likening to someone forcing a pin in that area.
I also have this great fear of dying from a heart attack, and I always fear that I will develop heart illness. People, who know me, describe me as workaholic, talkative, and easily approachable.
After reading about the commonly discussed remedies, I felt that Aurum Met matches my symptoms a lot, but I am not sure which potency I should take. I bought Aurum met 30C, and had five drops with water, I took two doses with an interval of six hours, and the next day I felt really good, but when I took the third dose, I felt that my symptoms have returned, and they have become worst.
I’m a male, and my age is 32 years. I live in Karachi Pakistan, and in the area I live have no good homeopath. I’m totally blind, and have been so since the age of four years. The reason for my blindness is optic atrophy. I’m a student working on a thesis, and my condition is greatly hindering my academic progress.
I would appreciate any help.

healer21 on 2017-10-17Hello, thank you very much for your reply.
I took a dose of Net Sulph yesterday morning. It has been 36 hours to the dose. Here is an update.
The issue of discomfort in the anus, itching and feelings of Sharpe pain is much better. After the dose, I have had three bowel movements so far, and all have been pain free. I have not felt gasses in the stomach and no acidity.
As far as the mind is concern, which is a major worry for me, there was couple of minutes immediately after taking the dose, and after few hours of the dose when I felt very bright and energetic. However, when I tried studying after eight to nine hours of the dose, I felt miserable, felt as if a hard rock is placed on my heart.
When, should I take the next dose, or I should not take this medicine. I’m happy to share further details if you think you need them to suggest something.

healer21 on 2017-10-24This thread continues beneath the following ad.HI,
Here is an update. The issue of discomfort in and around the anus slightly returned yesterday, Wednesday, three days after the dose. The issue was more serious when I was walking, and the itching was non-existent in a sitting position.
About my mind, I felt slightly motivated to complete the tasks that I have been unable to complete for months. However, I am not sure how much this is down to Net Sulph or an occasional mood change. As in the past I have felt motivation for a day or two, but, then I have returned to the state where I’m unable to do things, and feel gloomy and sad.
Should I take the dose again? Should I wait? Do you want any further information?
Thanks and regards.

If the symptom is very clear .. >> really clear one .. >> repeat the dose same as earlier ..
Report me after 2 days after taking medicine.
healer21 on 2017-10-26HI here is an update, after repeating the dose.
It has been 48 hours to the dose, For the first 24 hours, I felt really fresher, energetic, back to old self. I felt as if I could connect to my deepest feelings, connect with my soul. I could think clearly, felt confident and contented. In summary, it was one of my best and healthy days. I had so much energy that I felt I can stay up for days, and write or read, nothing appeared boring, had strength to do all the things that I was supposed to do. It was really an amazing feeling.
After 24 hours or so, I do not have that freshness that I felt during the first day after the dose, but, at least I do not feel dark and gloomy. The main improvement so far, is that I can feel my emotions, and do not feel as if I have nothing but sadness.
The problems with stomach, problem of itching and burning sensation in and around the anus is not that improved. Though it has reduced. The problem of itching is more when I experience gastric issues.
I read you’re few other posts on this forum, so, I thought appropriate to provide the following detail about myself as well.
I often feel cold, in summers, and I like to cover myself with blanket. I do like sitting in open air, I like to eat rice a lot, particularly in the afternoons, and I often feel a craving for rice. I worry about becoming a heart patient, and get my livid profile levels checked after every six months or so. I fantasy about sex a lot. If I could, I will devote most of my time in reading about philosophy, theories, and religions. I doubt that there is a God, but, I do like learning about all religions.
Finally, I’d like to thank you for your replies; I do feel that your prescription has helped me a bit. But, I just worry, that how long the improvement will last, and how often, I need to take the dose.
asim7r on 2017-10-29well gentlemen,
in short every single dose is defeating your disease .. and after every defeat disease is attacking back with more force .. so in this case we will increase the force (potency) of medicine.
don't worry your recovery is very fast .. only a few more doses and your disease will not be able to fight back .. ONLY IF YOU LIKE ..
It has nothing to do with philosophy or etc as long as you are in current state ..
IF YOU LIKE .. take some more 2 doses (one each day) to see if 200c potency can defeat the disease or not. if it could not I will increase the power of the medicine ..
healer21 on 2017-10-30This thread continues beneath the following ad.Hi, here is an update after taking doses of Net Sulph for two days as you suggested.
It has been two days to the two consecutive doses. I feel much improved mentally, (my major worry). My stomach is much better now, it is just that whenever I eat something which has spices, I have burning and pain in the bowel after bowel movements.
I really want to thank you, for helping me, as I do feel rejuvenated again. However, as you said, disease fight backs, so, if I become sad and down again, should I retake the does dose?
