acute bleed in chronic subdural hygroma

Dear sir
my father is 70 yrs old. He had meet an accident three month before
and get minor head injury and bleeding.From the last 15 day he develop the symptom of numbness in right hand and leg problems in signing the documents , pain in head , problems in walking.
Two days before after doing CT scan Doctors reported that
1) Acute bleed in chronic subdural hygroma noted in bacterial frontal parital lobe extending over the frontal parietal convexity
on both side of the maximum thickness 2.7 pm on left hight frontal
lobe and 1.0 pm in right high frontal lobe left lateral. Vertical is effaced middle shift of approximately 7 mm . Noted towards right side with unild cerebral oedema.
2) There is prominent of the sulco gyral scarce and verticular syslear approphic charges.
3) Cerebral parene hyme shows normal grey white matter differential.
Please suggest the cures and remedies sir

He should take the following remedies twice a day for 10 days.

Arnica 30
Millefolium 30
Causticum 30

One dose means 2 pills each of all three remedies at a time.
