eczema help!!!!!!!

Good Morning,

I am seeking some advise on how to deal with my baby's eczema, he has it on both his cheeks, his legs, his arms, and a patch on the side of his stomach. His cheeks are very raw, the doctors constantly put him on antibiotics for infections and steroids, which I use only on a need be basics( if the skin is very irritated) I am looking for natural remedies. Please assist thank you. Also he has had an anaphylaxis reaction to latex, and several allergy flares to other foods and they are refusing to do allergy testing on him.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Sulphur 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.

One dose means 2 pills.
