scales and flakes eating my hair

Hi Doctors,
Plz help me. Since last 2 years, I have been suffering from scalp issues-Scales, White Flakes which get attached with my hair. Whenever scales/Flakes comes out, hair gets attached to them and hence fall.

My brief History and Symptoms:

1) Very Oily Hair-hair gets oily within 12-24 hrs after shampooing.
2) Scales get attached to my hair. I see 5-10 hair attached to one scale when they come out.
3) White Flakes with Oily scalp form on regular intervals which results in hair loss
4) I Saw 2 Doctors-One said I have "Seborrhea Dermatitis" 2nd Doctor said I have "SEBO phoresis"
5) Mid itching every now and then.
6) Skin is Dry but Scalp is Oily.
7) Scalp is tight.
8) Excessive Sweating on scalp.

Other conditions or problems:

I love to live lonely and seldom talk to others.
I have been suffering from Gastritis, IBS, Bloating, Flatulance since last 3 years.
My hand and feet get extremely cold
I am very sensitive to thunder, noise etc- If there is sudden noise, I get a jerk and tremble.

I have Tinnitus since my Childhood.
Have had constipation since childhood but since last 2 years, have improved and I am very much regular now.

I get scared very easily and my heart beats fast whenever something negative happens.

Since childhood, Back pain when I sit cross legs for more than 30 minutes.
Poor memory, concentration and acumen.

I am male, age 38. Due to gastritis and IBS, I feel full after having food and even glass of water. And these days, acidity has become another major problem.

But my primary issue is my Hair and scalp condition.

To summarize:

Oily hair
Whike Flakes
Scales
Hair loss with male pattern baldness
Excessive Sweating on scalp.
Excessive Sweating while eating or having tea(something hot)

Current medications:

Taking allopathic medicine for IBS and Gastritis

For scalp, I recently took Phytolacca 30c twice a day and have been taking it since last 13 days, My scales have all gone(thank GOD) but dandruff with sticky white scales are still there.

Taking Homeopathy medicine(given by a doctor) for Tinnitus.

Plz help and let me know how to get rid of white Flakes, dandruff, Oily scalp and Hair loss.
