VERY URGENT: Severe migraine type headache for my child - Dr Mohla or any other doctors pls help
My daughter, age 10 years is having severe headache since last 2 days. Headache is observed in entire forehead and it feels as if it is moving along the entire forehead from left to centre to right. Her eyes have become squeezed due to this and she cannot tolerate reading any thing from book for her studies. Due to this she is not able to study for her exams. She also complains of patches of green colours coming in front of her eye when she sees in front of light. She gets the feeling that her eyes will pop out. Headache is not observed at side or back of the head, it is only in the forehead. Se feels irritated when someone tried to press or massage her head. Also headache feels worse when she lies down. Given her dispirin once but pain reduced temporarily and again started.I feel it is a migraine kind of headache. This is the first time in her life she is having this kind of headache.
I am not sure how it started but just 2 days before headache started she had nausea and slight watery vomitting but now it is OK. Right now she has problem of constipation also. Her appetite is also not good right now. I feel she is having overall stomach and digestion problem right now. Also since last 1 week her exams are also running and I feel there is some stress in her mind due to exams and studies also.
Can you please prescribe any remedy to cure the migraine pain so that she can give her exams comfortably?

Thanks for your advice. I forgot to mention that I gave her belladonna 30c once yesterday evening with no improvement. Also I have tried belladona 200c once today at about 11 am and it aggravated the pain for some time and then it came back to its original severity, but no improvement so far. So should I wait some time before starting with medicines prescribed.
ALso Currently I do not have Aconite 200c pills at home but I have Aconite 30c pills ready. So can I give her Aconite 30c with more repetition or Aconite 200c is necessary? Please confirm.

Give aconite 30 once now.. Don't repeat..
Then give nux vomica 200 at night..

Given her mentioned medicines yesterday. Today pain is slightly less than yesterday morning. (Not much improvement). There was about 50% improvement in headache after taking nux vomica 200 yesterday evening but today morning headache again came back to original severity. Squeezed eyes have reduced now to some extent.
One request- She has her exam tomorrow. So any remedy can be prescribed which can cure or at least reduce her headache temporarily for today and tomorrow so that she can study and give her exams. Mag Phos 6x does not seem to work that well.
Below are the details of how each remedy worked for her.
Gave Mag Phos 6X with hot water during head pain 2 times yesterday. First time it brought down the pain to some extent but again pain came back to original level after some time.
Second dose of Mag Phos 6x did not work at all and headache did not reduce.
Gave Aconite 30 yesterday afternoon but no improvement in headache due to that.
Gave Nux Vomica 200 in evening 7:15 pm. After that for some time hammering pain started on the forehead which remained for some time. Hammering pain went away after sometime and headache also reduced by about 50%. But again today after waking up in the morning headache came back to its original severity though it is slightly less than yesterday morning.
