Kind attn :Dr Kumar

Dear Dr. Kumar,

I have gone through the discussion on increasing height.

My daughter is 14 and is only 4ft 10 inches tall. I am of the same height but her father is 5'7". Is there any possibility of her growing taller? She seems to have stopped growing. I am really worried as it is affecting her psychologically. Please help.

Is it possible to contact you directly through email?

Regards,

Sitaram1

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dr. Kumar is not available. Even though he explained his protocol on this thread, it's not absolutely safe because medicines have to been taken continously for 30 days which can become a mess if a subject is susceptible or sensitive to medicines. I'm currently helping out a patient who took Baryta for that period and now is having a lot of side effects.

You can post your daughter's symptoms so that someone can advice a medicine.

Also for height increase stretching exercises can benefit. She can play skipping and jumping games like volleyball. But the important exercise is to jump up and down marking a benchmark line on the wall and trying repeatedly to breach that mark every new day just after consuming water early in the morning.
