What potency should I take now?

I am a long time user of homeopathy and am currently taking Pulsatilla 1M. Because of financial reasons I have been unable to continue with my homeopath, so I am on my own for a while. I have been taking my current remedy for many months now and am starting to prove the remedy, so I know I need to go up in potency. I am not sure what is the next potency I should take so that I won't experience a lot of aggravation, which I sometimes do when I go up. What potency would come next?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
When you start to have "proving" symptoms it means you have taken too many doses or that potency is too high. Since you have taken many doses, it means stop and wait now. Proving symptoms should leave and then if remedy is truly correct old things should show up and leave for good.

It sounds like the remedy has been "palliating"
You and not curing you.

To understand more please google "drluc.com"
Lecture 4 on remedy reactions.you can also google "herings law of cure, "which is the pathway signs of cure that homeopaths look for.
