Lack of motivation for all activities and Social Dis-interest

Hi,

I am a 49 year old married female and for last 8 months I am having total lack of motivation and determination to do any work, simple household chores and my business both are suffering.

As I feel tired all the time i consulted my GP who suggested a course of anti depression medication for 1 year. I don't feel that I am depressed or sad, I am simply tired and have lack of will to do any thing, hence I said no to the medication.

I am also not socially inclined and feel bored at social events, i do not find conversations interesting or stimulating.

I have also put on a lot of weight in last 3 years. My height is 5.2 inches and current weight is 83 kg.

I feel hot most of the times, have hot flushes, and feel quite irritable most of the times.

I drink 20 or more glasses of water per day (according to my GP this is excessive) I sleep for 7 hours per night and get up feeling partly fresh, as soon as I awake up I start making a mental list of things to do but I never it them done.

I love sweet foods and have the craving all the time and I try to restrict myself as much as i can. I am a social drinker and I never consume more than 1 to 2 drinks once or twice a month.

I will really appreciate if someone could please advice which Biochemic salts should i take.

Many thanks and kind regards,
Vimmi
