Visual stims, Autism 3 year old boy

Hi
I need some help.
My boy is 3, had severe gastrointestinal problems from the beginning. Now we are treating his infections and waiting for genetic and food intolerance tests. He is high in aluminium and possibly mercury from the hair test and shut down mitochondria.

As we are treating him now (he finally started to digest food for the first time ever); he has gains, understands more, more aware but at the same time we have BIG problem with hyperactivity and VISUAL STIMMING.

He gets a car toy, puts it on a table and looks at it at different angles, running around it, humming to himself. He does the same to cars in a parking lot. He can do it for hours all day.

Thanks for Your suggestions :>
