Knee pain, acid reflux

I am 55 years of age, weight around 76 Kgs. Leaving in Kolkata.

I have knee pain in both knees but in left knee pain is more. Feeling is like tearing apart. At times it sounds "kut".
I am suffering of this since 2014 and was advised by an orthopedic Doctor to regularly exercise, which I am doing.
Still the pain increases/reduces at times.
From last two months I have little sound and pain in outer side of left ankle too and clearly feel that it is related to knee pain.

Other problem is I have high Acid reflux, Indigestion, gas. When stool passes I feel comfortable for about One hour. I drinks good quantum of water to control it but still the problem exists.

Please advice

any swelling in joints?

Pain is more when I rise or go down on stairs. with every step can feel knee sounding.

No swelling at all. Walking within 2 kms soothes the pain, but if walk more than that, pain does not rise but I does not feel good.

recently from 1 week I have started taking warm water in morning, and feeling better in both the problems of acid reflux and knee pain.

Take nux vomica 200c 3pills at night For one day

Take rhus tox 200c 3pills every morning
Also take natrum phos 6x 3 tablets thrice daily

Report feed back after 1 week

For reflux you need to change the diet.
Our cells have an alkaline set point. Over time eating too much acidic
Food and drink turns the cell level to acidic. This can also be caused from antibiotics killing gut flora and the environment of the gut is
Off balance.

You need to stop tea and coffee or reduce it ,
Stop spicy foods, fast food, chocolate , tomatoes- do not eat
Again after dinner, no sodas -

Google your foods and see what is alkaline and what is acidic.
If you have had antibiotics in last year, add in a cup of plain yogurt a day to help restore gut flora.

After two weeks you can probably add in
A little more acidic food- and learn when you tip the balance.
Remedies can help you, but you cannot take remedies everyday to
Counteract food choices.
