Facial assymetry

Hello friends and dr.,
Myself navi, i m 22 yrs. My left eye is lazy eye and in alopathy there is no treatment for amblyopia at this age but i still wanna know if homeopathy can improve my condition.
Some inp. Points i wanna mention my left eye seems bigger than right eye. Even my left cheeks are also more fuller than right cheeks. My left eyebrow and eyes seem higher as comparison to right eye.
Note: at age 6 i faced severe injury on head because of which my left eye turned inwards.
My left eye power is around +6 nd right eye +4.
I matched my symptoms through this app ' calcarea cab and nux vomica' gel well.
Answer as soon as possible bcz i m litreally confused.
