Extreme aggressive behaviour, talk foolish stuff

My brother is 30 years, single. He does nothing serious but very rarely helps his brothers in their work. His education is high school and incomplete flying.

Current codition:

He still smokes alot and used to take drugs like churs and wine.

Churs has been stopped for about an year bcuz he moved to another to his brother now he his back to his hometown. The reason for sending him abroad was his aggressive behaviour.

He is extremely aggressive and start beating very badly using any thing if in his hands.Talks exaggerated stuff like American president is my friend, I've gifted his daughter hotels etc.

Talk alot about magic. And don't trust anyone in family if some family member gives him food, he say that you've put medicine or poison. Fights for hours with very loud voice and beats also badly.

Little background:

He's been beaten badly by his elder brother when very young like 4-5 year old up till school onwards.

Father and mother used to fight alot together while he was little.

1. Few years back he was in relationship with a married girl. She hide her marriage and kids and told him later. But his mom called the husband of woman and he came to know which broke his trust on family.

2. He was sent to rehab for drugs. The rehab staff came home as we didn't tell him and took him away. But then his elder brother take him out of rehab 2 days later which again has broken his trust alot and still talks about it and fight about it.

3. Been taken to police station by family for his bad behaviors few times.

4. He doesn't take any medicine if we will give him.

5. Been given Ignatia 1000, pesiflora Q few months back by trick.
