Help please with case of child with chronic otitis &; hearing loss - long post!

Hello,
Grateful for some help in this case. Treating an 8 year old with chronic otitis and bilateral hearing loss. Has had grommets 3 times before but with little relief. Recently decided on hearing aids but now dr wants to do grommets again. History of strabismus, and itchy eyes, mild and yielding to point she will let anyone she likes trample on her, doesn't complain about anything ( wants to please others to extent she will hide any sadness), likes to be with family. Does like change. Has a hot tummy from time to time. Fussy eater - dislikes mixed foods. Likes to uncover feet.Walks on insides of feet ( no pain with this). Stool after every meal. She is a slim, refined looking intelligent child, who is in the quieter side. Gave Puls LM1( only 5 remedies covered the SRP of walking on inside of feet).

LM1, child and mother felt that not much happened, but child did have brief return of hot tummy symptom, plus sensation of bruising on thigh, but no evidence of bruising.

Moved to LM2 - advised mother to give one dose wait 3 days and let me know of any issue before moving on with more doses. Didn't hear from family. Saw family around 10 days late by chance. Mum gave LM2 & child became very deaf, but after 2 days, they kept daily dosing for 7 days!!! At this point on hearing this I told them to stop and wait. Basically, hearing was poor for 3 weeks, with no sign of change. Only thing reported was that after 3 weeks, child felt several teeth were loose. As aggravation was severe, we did one dose of highly succussed LM2 from same bottle. Mum realised not to continue. Since then, hearing initially seemed to improve to where it had been. Then about 3-4 days later she had symptoms of eye problems and possible UTI. Reviewed child 2 weeks later. She seemed "less shy" perhaps more open with me, mum also felt this. Eyes still irritating but child not bothered. Urine problem settling down ( mother unsure if she'd had this in past or not). Mum felt hearing had initially gone back to where it used to be, but now thought it might be a bit lower than when they first came. Mum felt remedy still acting, so happy to watch and wait.

1 week on. Mum called. Eyes still irritating child a bit, ( around 3 weeks now) though not complaining. Had pre-grommet hearing assessment. Hearing is down from where it previously was ( i.e. When they first sought homeopathy) but there is now no "glue" in left ear. Right ear still has "glue". Mum concerned that glue gone in left but hearing worse.

My query is: a) did the hyper succussed dose not "quite" stop aggravation of hearing?
B) is there just more aggravation of other symptoms with that dose.
C) is this heading to cure? All the old symptoms have returned in the reverse order to which they appeared so far, but the eyes are still aggravating a little ( eye symptoms originally occurred after hearing problem as a toddler). Could this be aggravation towards end of treatment with LM?
D) suppression?
Child is due to have grommets in 4 days - if she does, will anaesthetic negate remedy effects?

Suggestions for how to proceed. A bit confused at present! Thanks all in advance.
