Leaky gut with colitis and bad digestion

Hello, i have had stomach disorders for almost 3 years now. I underwent some controls and doctors told me i suffer of IBS and Leaky gut. (I also used to suffer of severe nausea, i had food poisoning but i successfully treated it with "Enterosgel", i also used many homeopathic and natural remedies like: nux vomica, ipeca, alumina, plumbum metlallicum, biodren S and GI, they just barely reduced some problems (but i definitely feel better than i used to be in the past), but i cannot put on weight, my digestion is quite heavy, my stools are really dry and i suffer of severe constipation, moreover my stools are not well formed and i can see some undigested food inside. I sometimes feel like my digestion is not that good and i definitely cannot absorb nutrients from the foods i eat... (I don't consume dairy products because i don't like them) anyways i try to eat as healthy and clean as possible.
Thank you in advance for the answer.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The source are often the social or work stress and hence the medicines that help with physical cause are ineffective in long term.

Can you please expand on this, so we can help to find a suitable medicine

I don't really have much stress in my life, i worked a lot on this side and tried to live my life in a better and calm way, i also try to meditate and focus on solving problems without getting worried too much.
I have surely gone through a bad period lately but my stomach problems started the way earlier. When my stomach issues become really evident i definitely get nervous because i cannot find a solution, despite the fact that i am young (21) it almost looks like a punishment for my life. I think these kind of problems are quite weird for a young person, i look around and see strong and healthy people, they can eat everything and feel good, i am quite worried about what i eat and i try to eat as healthy as possible, neverthless it seems to be useless.

Thanks Franky. Let me try to put a positive side of your issue. People with digestive disorders get into a habit of eating healthy through out their life. People with good digestion get into a bad habit of eating junk and really at a large disadvantage on long term health.

With Prayers, let me give you a protocol to start. Please understand that it may take a few months, but will try to restore at the fastest pace.

Please buy Ignatia 200, Merc Viv 200 and Aloe 200.

Take one dose (4 pills) of 1st medicine in first day. Then next day take the 2nd medicine only. On third day take 3rd medicine only. Then repeat this again, starting with 1st medicine on the 4th day and so on.

On any day, you take only one medicine. 4 pills is one dose.

One life change that is very important
Take bath before sun rise in the morning or the earliest you can take bath. The bath must be in the water, below your body temperature (in other words, as cold as you could tolerate). You should gradually get there, starting with warm water, then each day you will take the water to slightly colder, until a day comes when you are taking bath in water well below the body temperature and comfortable in doing it.

Please report once a week on your progress.
