Pain in Anus after stool

hi

i am having pain in anus after stool.

1.stool is hard.
2.pain is very actue which is lasting for 5-6 hrs.SOMETIMES too MUCH ITCHING ALSO IN ANUS.
3.AFTER 5-6 HRS THERE IS liquid DISCHARGE FROM ANUS AND PAIN BECOME LESS AFTER.
4.went to the doctor and he give me AESCULUS HIPPOCASTNUM 200+BIOCHEMIC COMBINATION.
TAKING IT FOR 4 DAYS BUT STILL NO RELIEF.


26 M 90KG 5'11 INCHES
NO SMOKING AND DRINKING HABIT.

now i am getting blood in stool just now.it was not before

yes i am taking the above medicine along with Hydrastis Q (2 times) but still the pain is same along with itching pls suggest me medicine.
