I'm 22(India) and I have been suffering from PCOS since a year. I have tried homeopathy treatment once but I didn't see any results. My main problem is irregular periods. When I was diagnosed with pcod My periods had continued for a month but then I started getting it after 2-3 months. My last period ended on 22july, I experienced light bleeding for 12 days. Before this I hadn't had period for 2 months. And after 10-15 days of my period I have slight bleeding while passing stool.
Also I suffer from a lot of acne on cheeks, mostly right cheek. These are painful and itchy. Unwanted hair on face(2-3) near jawline and body.
I suffer from a lot of hairfall too.
My height is 5"1 weight is 55 kg which has increased in the past 6 Months, I weighed 50 kgs earlier. Mostly my belly and waist have become bigger.
I have not taken any allopathic medicine for this.
My symptoms are- dry tongue, mouth, can't tolerate cold, when I am not in an air conditioned place I sweat a lot, don't feel fresh on waking up in morning. I cry very easily, even when I get angry or simply while watching a movie. I get irritated and angry very quickly.
Looking forward for your help.
I want to loose weight, have regular periods and have healthy hair. I'm not able to concentrate on my studies due to my health issues.

Hello Dear,

Thanks for the information .

1) In which part of India you stay?
2) What is the climate ?
3) Any digestion issue (constipation/acidity)?
4) How many hours you sleep ?
5) Do you feel thirsty ? How much is your daily Water intake?
6) Food Habits?
7) Do you Exercise?
8) which shampoo are you using? Length of your hairs? Do you colour your hair? How many time you wash your hair? What is pH value of your tap water?
9) Overall body strength?
10) Do you practice Yoga?

As of now do the following:

1) Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds overnight in one glass water. When you get up in the morning eat the soaked seeds and then drink the water in which it was soaked. Remember the sequence it is chew and eat soaked seeds and then drink water in which it was soaked. Don't drink or eat for one hour.

2) Soak five Almonds overnight in water. Next day morning you can wash it properly and remove skin and eat the Almonds after completing activity 1 as mentioned above.

3) Avoid junk & deep-fried & packed food items, sweet, salty, spicy etc. Include fresh fruits and salads in your daily food menu. Try to have raw spinach if possible.

Please get hold of following medicine in Biochem form:

1) Nat.Phos. 6x  (Biochem )
Take three tabs of Natphos after breakfast , three tabs after lunch and three tabs after dinner.

Keep me Updated.

Be Blessed,
Nikkie.

I stay in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
Climate is hot, humid and rainy right now.
No acidity, constipation sometimes
I sleep for 6-7 hrs
I feel thirsty a lot so I drink 3-3 litres water.
Since I was diagnosed with Pcos I have changed my eating habits. I don't eat white rice or potato. I don't drink tea or coffee. I try to avoid sugar as much as possible. I eat junk food once in 10-12 days. But I feel like munching something always. I have also reduced 3kg weight. I eat almonds and walnuts daily. I am non vegetarian, I eat chicken or mutton once in a week or 10 days. I avoid dairy aa much as I can.
I don't exercise regularly, I try to walk or do some work out but I feel very lazy and lethargic all day.
Strength wise I feel average about myself.
I use paraben free shampoo(African black soap). I have curly hair of waist length, I have never colored my hair. I don't know about the oh value of tap water. I had very healthy and thick hair earlier but since pcos I have lost 40â„… of my hair. I wash my hair twice a week. My scalp gets itchy 1 day after washing hair. I don't have dandruff but some stuff gets accumulated on my scalp after 1 day of hair wash. My hair feels very weak. I have lost a lot of hair on left side of my head. If I tie my hair slightly tight then I feel pain in the roots of my hair.
I don't do yoga.

I am very distressed with acne as well. I get pimples only on my cheeks, mostly right cheek and 2-3 pimples on left side. They are big, painful and itchy, leaves scars and stay for days.

I already have nat phos6x so I took one dose right now. Is it to make my digestion better?

I'll start with your suggestions asap.
Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for the update. Food habits looks good
Try to include exercise and yoga in your every day activity. The symptoms mentioned by you like acne, hairfall, weightgain, weakness etc are all related to your issue.

Now since you are following the previous mentioned advice, now onwards:

1) Keep track of your monthly period cycle and symptoms attached to it.
2) Check the energy level.
3) hair health
4) weight check

Do you have Aloevera plant at your place.Apply fresh gel from the plant on your face and scalp one hour before going for bath.

Don't touch acne it will go off. Try to avoid non-veg. Your diet should be 75% Raw.

You will be fine.

Be Blessed,
Nikkie.

Dear Nikkie
I got my periods last month on July 12 and it ended on 22nd July. I got them after 2 months. And there was spotting for 15-20 days before I got periods. I want this time to be better, spotting has already started and also it happens while passing stool.
Will you prescribe any medicine so that I get my periods in a few days?
I'm taking nat phos6x and all your other suggestions.

Hello,

You can now start with Pulsatilla 30C two times a day for three days and then stop. Follow the procedure for taking medicine as mentioned below. Continue the rest of the advisory as said before.

Be Blessed,
Nikkie.

------------------
One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3 drops of medicine in some half cup mineral water (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.

Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.

Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.
