Extremelly urgent and complicated case help will be much appreciated-

This is a very problematic case and the time to resolve it if possible is very short.
Wothout entering in long descriptions is a perosn, male of between 20-125. I am a foregner here, for my job, it is an aboriginal community as isolated as can be, to transmit this has been very slow and laborious and with the help of other people who have retransmitted.
I don't know the language and they don't mine so there's no verbal communication.´This person was already undernourished and too slim, then about 10 days ago was arbitrarily detained and jailed in a very bad place, small, whre the excreta just accumulated,for about a week, the floor was mud and the excreta mixed with it, the food was scarce and irregular as well as water; there was some physical violence but not beyond violent pushing but no hard falls or blows,then after about a week was liberated and marched to his village. All this was told me by witness and that's how I came to know about it, then beccause of my job i had to go trhrough this time village and this person, the witness didn't come along and there's no interpreter butwith another person who came before me had been said that I would come. I am not really an homeopat practitioner, due to my job since many years ago I embraced homeopathy and has been my personal therapy system, occasionaly I have tried to help others when there was not better oprions, with mixed luck; I carry with me when I travel a small assortment of homeopathic remedies- To
not extend myself more in the context but go into the case I found this person sick he was eating little and and was losing weight, more, fast as I could see in only two days, alo weakenign proportiane¡telly. He apparently has not any strong pain -there's no way to communicate verbally but most is pure observation- he ios despondent and passive, i saw the recent excreta, seemed mor or less normal not anything noticeable in particular; the most noticeable thing is his breathinbg, fast and sahallow, appprently (there's no thermometer on stetoscope or anything at all) he has no fever, his skin and limbs are warm, no chills, no sweat, skin feel normal, pulse rate fast, there's not any discharge, no sneezes, no cough at all, lips, mouth, tongue gums all normal not any sign that I can perceive as out of the normal, I still could see the last excrement from yesterday morning, also normal, just a bit on the dark side of the brown and then also somewhat compacted and think, more then what is normal, later could see urine and looks normal. Till yesterday still was eating and drinking, little but still doing it, no voits, no loose stools, just stopped totally haveing anything of food and drink and he is weakening fast, there's no appearance of any internal bleeding, as said, gums and nails normal in colour, conjunctives of wyes pale but this people live undernourished. There's not much on to what to go but the person is going fast. He won't reth or vomit, just refuse calmly all food and drink, at times he would show a bit of interst, look at it and smell it and then ignore it.To the extent to my limited knowledg I was and still am baffled.Tried during today tothink in something, the best I could describe his situation and demeanor is like a kind of an aftershok or a belated shock, but there's nothign to show shock, as said his temperature of limbs and head and skin is normal, perhaps a bit warmer than normal but neither seems to exist any real fever. I tried to think in something and going from the only clear and noticeables elements that I have been able to detect, the noticeable fast and shallow breathing and the refuse to eat anything or drink, I just could think in Sulphur and Silica, thinking for a moment in deyidration, I thought in China and made the test to put a bit of water and then broth and then a little solid food inside his mouth as China has, if i recall well, the symptom of being inappetent and thirstless bit once trying it eats and drinks but wa snot the case, calmly or pasively just turned the face away. having got a bit of milk and meat it was tried this with no avail. So from this I decided to try Silicea LM 0/1, two small doses, each 1/6 of a normal dose as I didn't want to complicate more the case. Whaat could be achieved only was a slowering of the fast breathing and a litle increased alertness and movement, but this lasted just about one and ahalf hours and then the second dose -potnetized with more stirring as is indicated did not added anything. This is the situation now, the genearl depression of this person goes increasing by the hour and if nobody can suggest something effective he will go ver y soon as he is not eating nor drinking and has not any reserves being chronically undernourished. I can think only in trying Sulphur to see if it can provoke a reaction and perhaps if there's going some kind of lung congestion that is not much clear because one same lack of reactivity of his organism, perhaps Sulphur could resolve it but to tell the truth I am I am not too convinced of it or anything, I have lost objectivity and is necessary that kind and concerned pople who could have their minds fresh and clear could suggets some alternatives, quickly. Ijust add that this people donp't want for any motive, as I was told before coming here, to get in contact with the autorities and to take this patient, or try to, to some kind of official dispensary, and no wonder.I forgot to indicate that he is deaf from a bad vaccine when a child and in general there had been very bad eperiences in the region. I don't have any other alternative where to seek help. There's very little time to try anything. My homeopathic remedies vault is not any extensive but could have something that could kindly be suggested. The situation is very dire and very heart breaking and nerves fraying.
