tounge ulcer

hello sir, I am 23 years old boy , within few days after I am facing tounge ulcer problem again and again. there are some sore on side of tongue , these are normally small, painful lesions , They make eating, drinking, and talking uncomfortable. please sir give a permanent solution on my tounge problem.

Sulphur 30
Merc Sol 30

One dose means 2 pills each of all remedies at a time.
