22 month old not walking

I feel that the right remedy could greatly help my daughter. She has no desire to walk and crawls around on her knees (rather than on all fours) when she wants to go somewhere. She will walk if you hold both of her hands. She has been checked for physical reasons that may be preventing her from walking and is perfect.
Other factors are that she doesn't love eating - she seems to eat for the curiosity rather than from hunger. She is a very happy child - loves making jokes and in particular loves music and singing but if she feels hard done by her crying is so loud and intense it is unbearable. she is still breast fed as weaning would be traumatic for her. Also she hates going for a poo and tries to avoid this for as long as she can.
She has excellent verbal skills and is a healthy weight. She in an excellent sleeper but hates blankets touching her. She also hates wearing coats and shoes so I think that she is averse to heat. She may be sensitive on a sensory level - touch, sounds etc
I feel that if I can encourage her to walk then everything else will improve
