Gynecomastia
Hi,I am suffering from Gynecomastia for more than 20 years.
Some required details are mentioned below:
1. Age/Sex/Country/Climate:
34/M/India/Moderate
2. Current complain - from how long:
Gynecomastia - 20+ years
3. Current medicine you are taking:
none
4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
1-Lump behind the nipples
2-Nipples shrink when cold and turn brown...pink in normal state
3-Exercise doesn't help reduce the saggy chest
4-No pain
5 - Side chest also doesn't improve in shape with exercise
6- The chest shape is pointed and nipples are big
5. Brief medical history:
None
6. Family Back Ground:
Father has the same problem (Gynecomastia).
7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
Post graduate/desk job/not very demanding job/good work-life balance
8. Desires and aversion of food:
Desires
- sweets, chocolates, ice-cream
- Non-vegetarian
Aversions
- Karela
9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
- Impulsive
- Short-tempered
- Fear public speaking if the crowd is unknown
- friendly and talkative
- Not very expressive when it comes to love and affection
- logical thinking
- not very emotional
- don't trust people easily
- Think a lot about sex
10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
It's at it worst state most of the time.
11. Thirst/Tongue/diabetic...:
Thirst - Moderate
Tongue - Normal
Diabetic - No
