Severe White Coat Syndrome

I have severe white coat syndrome when getting my blood pressure taken. I am on 5mg lisinopril. My cholesterol is 233 with HDL being super and LDL a little high. Puffy bags under my eyes.
I would love to answer more questions in order for you to help me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Aconite 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.

If this doesn't help take Phosphorus 30 in the same way and report back.

One dose means 2 pills.

Took the aconite seemed to steady my blood pressure at home. Have not had a doctor take it yet. Will also try the phosphorus. I was very stressed a few years ago and a doctor freaked me out about my bp. Thank you so much for the help!

You can use aconite on need.

Thank you! I also wanted to say some of my blood pressure issues (I think) stem from growing up with an alcoholic dad.
