Urgent (but simple) help required.
I went to see a Homeopathy doctor for a chronic problem and she wrote a prescription which I got but did not take for a couple of days.Now when I want to take it I have forgotten how it is supposed to be taken.
Can someone read this prescription for me please and tell me what the dose and way to take the medicine is?

Merc Sol 200 twice a day for 2 days
from third day onwards
Arsenicum Album 200 thrice a day for 7 days.
One dose generally means 2 pills or drops.
Arsenicum Album 200 may be taken only twice a day.
