Knee Pain

I have left knee pain while climbing stairs and doing squats. What is my remedy? I have no difficulty in walking.

day 1 and day 2
Phosphorus 200 twice a day.

day 3 to day 15
Rhus Tox 200 in evening.

One dose means 2 pills.
