Premature Ejaculation and other

Hi there,

I have suffered from PE for as long as I have been sexually active (approx. 20 years). I am 39 years old and married. I ejaculate within 1 minute of intercourse. Erection is solid, even after ejaculation, so no problem there. Other issues/symptoms include mild depression, frequent urination, fatigue/low energy (in general, but especially from 1pm-3:30pm), hemorrhoids, lack of motivation, introvert, mood swings. I have a very high sex drive and always am thinking of sex. Even though I do not want to, I see women as sexual objects initially and want to have sex with every attractive woman I see. Please let me know what I can do to remedy. If you need any additional info, I am happy to provide. Thanks in advance.
