Patient is tall and slender.
Chills running up and down, most days of the month. Worse before period.

Drinks 4 cups of tea a day with sugar and milk.
Fondness of sweets, chocolate and creamy foods.
Loves all kinds of nuts to eat.
Dislike cold foods.
Have dark circles under her eyes.
Asthma and allergies from childhood. Takes Singulair daily.
Have teeth cavities. 3 Crowned teeth and 5 fillings.
Tongue takes imprint of teeth on the sides. Tip of the tongue is sore. Light white coating and small crack in the middle of tongue.
Sluggish in the morning. Better afternoon. Likes warm dry weather. Very sluggish during winter.
Hirsutic hair growth under the chin.
