Eye haemmorage

My mother has only one eye which is the left eye She had a successful cataract operation a number of years ago. Recently around three weeks back her already low vision dropped further.we showed in a eye hospital and she was diagnosed with a haemorrhage in the eye and was advised for Accentrix injection. We also agreed to that but at the time of taking her to OT for giving the injection her BP rose abnormally and she was sent back home. We were asked to control the BP. By the way she was taking BP medicine regularly . We monitored the BP for a week and it was normal in the range of 140/80. Yesterday we decided to show to a retina specialist and he said that the situation is bad and even multiple injections cannot solve the problem and moreover as she is 82 years so much strain was not advisable . I was very worried and was searching for alternate steam of treatment when I came across this forum which had given me hope. Pl advice
