Toddler 2yo wakes up every night!

My toddler won't sleep through the night, she wakes up freak frequently as if teething (lots of distress), and fails to put herself down. I have a 3,5 yo who never had this problem, he stared sleeping through the night at 5mo.

She won't calm down unless I give her milk. Letting her cry is not an option, as she will just keep waking up every 15 min. We tried everything! bathing, valerian, calming drops, letting her cry, you name it. She won't give up. Any suggestions? I'm going nuts

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
More information is needed to prescribe.

What else is going on? Is there really a teething issue?

Please provide the exact age of the child and what else has she suffered from since birth.

Also, describe her temperament, likes/dislikes etc.

She is pretty stubborn and has a mind of her own, at the same time very attached to family, does not like to see them leave the house.
Gets scared pretty easily from loud noise, loud talking, angry talk etc. Sensitive child.

Had a very hard time weaning. I feel like she did not get as much breastfeeding as she needed.

Had cradle cap and still has some brown scales on her head. I remove them once in a while, but they keep appearing. I noticed her scalp gets this funny urine like (!) smell if I don't wash it every other day.

Teething was a slow slow process. She still misses 2 teeth. Teeth would come out one a time, with weeks in between. Not in pairs together like in my older son.

I did have perhaps too much coffee when I was pregnant and breastfeeding. Was exhausted taking care of her toddler brother.

Likes strawberries, tomatoes, dairy. She's an ok eater.

Had lots of cold since birth due to her exposure to her toddler brother. Had hand, foot and mouth desease once. Antibiotics once. Can't think of anything else right now.

Ok. Any perspiration on the scalp? Do you think the eruptions there are offensive (urine smell) or there is a sweating issue ?

Any strong food cravings or aversions?

What is her date of birth?

no sweating on her head and i don't think the eruptions are due to sweating, it's pretty dry

i cant think of any strong food aversions...

she does have a very weepy nature and sort of has this sad expression on her face a lot, seems to be a part of her personality
gets excited easily
very prone to hard stools even when she eats soft foods (small round pieces, like stones)
loves to cuddle

Please give her a single dose of Silicea 30c. Just dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml spring water, stir well, and give her a spoon from there ONCE.

Report after 5 days.

she did manage to sleep through the night about 25% of the past month, but waking up at least once the rest of the time. Don't know if it's an indication of remedy working or coincidence

No other changes at all ?

Also how were the initial week or 2 after the remedy. It has been so long since the dose that it is difficult to analyze what it did.

Please try to report back on time in future otherwise it is tough to evaluate the response.

She slept slightly better after about a week or so, or should i say wasn't crying quiet as hard as before and waking up once or twice as opposed to 5-6 times. talking a lot more than one month before, asking for stuff instead of crying for it. however, the last few days whining again in her sleep, a lot. I feel like she's regressing.

Let's raise the potency then.

Please give her a single dose of Silicea 200c. Just dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml spring water, stir well, and give her a spoon from there ONCE.

Report after 10 days.
