Dear Sir,

My age is 42. Height 5.7. Weight 65 KG.

I have Testicular pain on right side. Very mild pain. Actually not a pain just uncomfortable. No swelling. No fever,
No redness in the area,
No pain or burning on urination.pain is not always there. No trauma to the area.

4 years ago I found very small cyst and after ultrasound doctor said ignore this cyst it's too small.

Sometimes I feel pain connection with lower right abdomen. This mild pain from 20 days. Within 20 days week pain was not there. From two days again started.
Now I am traveling USA I can't go to doctor without insurance.

Please advise.

Thanks
