Get angry and irritated easily. I cry easily too. I am introvert. I do not like talking to new people or speaking publicly. I am shy. I love my family and friends.

Last period ended on 23rd April after taking millefolium as bleeding had continued for 45 days.
It was with big clots of dark red color. Almost black.
But no pain. I have had irregular periods since 1 year.

Additional information

I have a lot of acne on my cheeks and forehead. These vary in the type. Some are painful some are itchy. Some are big some small. I would like to have a solution for this. I never had acne in my teens, this started since October 2016.
Also I had very thick and long curly hair but there has been a lot of hair fall and the front left of my head shows scalp.
I weighed 52 kgs but in the last 6 months i have gained 6 kgs weight.

I forgot to mention the size of my ovaries as in the ultrasound report. Right ovary 38*11 mm
Left ovary 22*12 mm
Final impression "Bilateral polycystic ovarian syndrome"

Sir,
I have been taking Pulsatilla Q since 5 days but I didn't get my period.
Also I stopped I all other remedies since 3rd June.
Please tell me what should I do next.

I read other posts on pcos and I noticed that you have asked for mental and physical symptoms.
I feel lazy and lethargic. When I think about my problems I get depressed. Also I get angry very quickly.
I always havev3-4 pimples on my face but as the days are passing and I am not getting my period different kind of pimples are appearing mostly on my cheek which are painful and are closed.
After taking pulsatilla q the only change I experienced was a brownish color discharge once or twice a day and it was very less.

I'll start sepia 30 from today.
When I get angry I say very mean things to the person I am angry on but my anger passes away quickly and then I regret getting angry and saying such things. Also I cannot tolerate bright lights or loud sounds.

I forgot a very important detail, I cry when I get angry. And I cry on the smallest things. This has started since January this year.
Also the pimples on my face are mostly on the right side of my face.

Sir today is the 3rd day of taking sepia 30c. I haven't got my period yet. I did experience very slight bleeding on the first day. I'll take the last dose of the 3rd day of sepia tonight.

Physical symptoms-
Number of pimples on my face has increased and as I mentioned earlier these are the pimples which I get when my periods are due but are not happening. These pimples are painful and now they are on my forehead and both sides of faces( earlier it was just right cheek)
I started following a pcod diet since 10 days so I'm a bit constipated.
Rest is same as before I.e I get tired very quickly, I sweat a lot( mostly face and upper body). I cannot tolerate heat, bright lights or sounds. Also I am not very good with cold as well. I like moderate temperature.
Till the end of the day I have pain in the heels of my foot. Though I don't work out but I keep climbing stairs and I play a little basketball like for 20 mins.
With my diet I have lost 2 kgs.
My thirst has increased but I don't feel like drinking a lot of water, a little water gets me satisfied.
And since taking sepia I've experienced very slight bleeding 1-2 times a day.
Mental symptoms-
So I'm even more moody and cringy nowadays. I get angry even more quickly but like always the anger subsides very soon. I shout at my family members and if they say anything to me I feel like crying. Also I have started craving for things like 'hajmola'. Sour and salty. And I keep thinking about my sickness and when will I be healthy again. I keep reading about it on the internet. I try to stay positive generally and my mood is ok all day but I cannot tolerate anything said by my family if it's not what I like or agree to, I'll contradict them instantly and all this leads to spoiling of my mood and I guess my family too.
I don't like to stay idle. I want to either keep watching TV or be busy in something. I want to keep my mind off the pcod thing as it causes stress.
Also it takes me some time to fall asleep and I don't very fresh on waking up in the morning.

Just a little update, today I experienced a little clotting( just once buy the clothes size was large) blackish red but then nothing happened.

I don't know if this is relevant or not but on taking sepia the slight bleeding that occurred has stopped since I have started nux vomica from yesterday.
