Vulvodynia+Interstitial Cystitis

Please help. Need homeopathic remedy advice.

I have had vulvodynia for 7 years now. It is a prickling, raw sensation that goes from my vulva down to my anus. It used to be all the time, but in the last 6 years, it is mostly now at night. However, the opening to my vagina is always tender and very sensitive, and it makes penetrative sex very painful. About 2 years ago, during a very emotionally stressful time in my life, I became very worried I would get a bladder infection, and my bladder started having constant urgency like I had one. But it never went away, and despite tests, they never found a UTI. I was diagnosed with IC, but I never feel any pain, only urgency, and only on the *right* side of my bladder for some reason. I also get general body aches, I clench my jaws at night which causes intense tension headaches in the morning, and my neck and shoulders are always sore. Please help! Whatever suggestions you have would be helpful. I'd like to get better.
