Head spinning, high BP

Attn: Dr. Thoufeeque

AOA,

Yesterday morning, when I woke up, I felt giddy while still in bed. When trying to sit up in the bed, I would get vertigo and I would get my feet on the floor but upper torso would drop back on the bed. Trying again, I would be able to raise my head but vertigo (head spinning) would push my torso back on the bed. I was sweating in my head and upper torso. For 10 minutes, I kept trying then pulled my legs back on the bed to lie down. After 10 minutes, I got up slightly, on my elbows and slowly was able to get up. Checked my BP with small portable device, it was 154-110. Took Rauwolfia, Q 4 drops in water. Felt better after a while. Glucose in water also helped. In the afternoon, took a nap, and had the same problem getting back up. Head would spin and upper torso would drop back on bed. Once I get up, I do not feel vertigo or head spinning. I do not feel any pain, can talk normally, so I would rule out heart attack or a stroke of which I have no prior history. Please advise kindly what could be wrong and what medicines I should try?’

Last night and for several previous nights, I have not been able to sleep a wink. I lie in bed, very lazy, but do not catch sleep till 4-5am. Last night, my head spinned every time I would turn in bed, and I would clutch my bed for support. In the morning, I sat up in bed then slowly got off it, and I felt the head spinning was not that much. Once I am out of bed, I feel close to normal. Please advise kindly.

This evening, my BP was 154-130. I just took Belladona 30.

I feel irritated, on the edge, and am being rude to my family.
I did not have lower BP so high before. Wonder what is causing it?

thanks and best regards, Sir

Dear Dr. Thoufeeque, AOA,

Sorry for the confusion. Thread for vericose veins is for my sister, and this High BP thread is for myself. I am keeping the two threads separate to avoid confusion. Hope you understand. Kindly reply here.
I am a male of 64 years, and my BP has been normal. Only last month or so, I am not sleeping well, and started getting the complaints I mentioned,

Thanks again for your kind help,

Dear Dr. Thoufeeque,

I took Bryonia 200 liquid 3 drops in water once only last night. Today afternoon, I took a nap, and while getting out of bed, felt my head spin. I had to take support to keep my balance. I am sweating a lot on my head, forehead and upper torso as well as around testicles.
