Dear sir/ madam, I am a wifeless 50 years old man . I am facing a problem of STD that is shown in my glans. A red spot on the Tip of my glans for a couple of months. And on the left side of my prepuce ( Inner side near glans has got a red spot. The red spot of the tip of glans is widen / expanded a little. I got two warts on my face near jaw bone on right side. None of these are itchy or irritating. But feel tired anxious and tempered.

I will highly appreciate you kindest help in this issue.
